We write to highly recommend this business, Blue Line Roofing & Exteriors & especially Dylan, our area representative who went above & beyond to secure replacement roofs for ourselves & many neighbors after a hail storm hit our area in early June 2023.
Dylan's experience with identifying hail damage & dedicated follow though with all our many insurance companies in the community resulted in both immediate approvals as well as overturning initial denials in our neighborhood.
Dylan's approach to initially evaluate the roof, document with photos and chalk markings & subsequently returning to meet personally with the adjusters & their inspectors or engineers, including joining them on the roof, resulted in successful claims.

We recently we had the need for roof, gutter, siding and soffit repair at our house. Even if my husband wasn't hindered by physical limitations; roofing, soffit, and a hole in the side of our house are definitely over our heads (literally and metaphorically!)!! So we called Blue Line Roofing and Exteriors. He sent his resident expert Tito, who was without a doubt one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and stand up service rep we've ever met. Not only did he save us a ton of money, he took the time to explain his process and took preventative maintenance measures to help alleviate future issues. Just had a roof replaced by Blue Line after hail and wind damage. The contact person - Dylan was very good at working both with me and my home owner's insurance adjuster to ensure a smooth project overall.
The crew that did the roof completed the work very efficiently and effectively in one day and were also very careful in protecting plants  & patio etc. The post work "tidy up" was completed the same day and was very thorough indeed.

The company's use of technology to share all required documents and to facilitate payment via QuickBooks was very helpful as well.

I would highly recommend without any reservations whatsoever Blue Line Roofing and Exteriors. My experience began with a representative of the company Dylan Sheehan doing an inspection of my roof because of hail storm damage in the Harrisburg area at the beginning of August.
Dylan examined my roof and explained the damage to me and I immediately put in a claim with my insurance company. The company assigned an adjuster to the claim and Dylan met with him when he came to review the claim.
I appreciated Dylan’s offer to return and meet with the adjuster and shortly after I received notice that the claim was approved.
Dylan went beyond the call to do the follow-up and to keep me informed.
The Blue Line roofing team show up as scheduled, and again, Dylan appeared to insure that all supplies were on site and that the crew began the work as scheduled.
Blue Line is a GAF approved installer, which extended the warranty. The work was done in one day, including clean-up. Dylan stopped by to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction.
Dylan Sheehan should be cloned as an example of total professionalism from start to finish.
Again, if you need a roof, call Blue Line Roofing and Exteriors, you won’t be disappointed.
